yer i can't extract the files for limewire

when i open the file it comes up this message

This Compressed (zipped) Folder is Invalid or Coruppted

when i try to extract it with winzip it says no files to extract

when i scan it, it says there are files

It has happened to like 5 folders i have got.

What do i do to fix it???
