Exclamation corrupted files

I have a huge question. I have done lots of searching on this topic, but I have not found an answer. I have downloaded a video file that now says "file corrupted". I watched it during its "verifying file content" stage, and I saw it go all the way to 100%, then corrupt. The thing is, I can preview the file. I watched the whole episode, and there is nothing wrong with it. Does anyone know a way for me to save and transfer the file to my library since it really isn't "corrupted"?
