Well there you go, I have been scammed too..

The payment has already come out of my card, and I have sent the scammers a request for a refund, so I will wait and see what happens...

Received: from mail.mp3downloading.com (h66-201-199-198.gtconnect.net [66.201.199.198]) (This is who sent me the receipt below)

support@musicmembersarea.com (This return address doesn't work)

I hope this helps others avoid the same thing as me...
