There's a lot of talk at the mo regarding the US Supreme Court ruling on Grokster. The forum I referred to above has recently formed a sub-forum dedicated to p2p filesharing. As you can imagine, forum members views tend to be polarised on this issue. It's emotive. One participant is in routine contact with the music industry and cannot therefore be considered to be impartial. Together with the quote in my first post, he has gone on record to state..."The P2P networks that you like so much will indeed be dismantled...". What shall I deduce from the lack of interest in this thread. Is it complacency or resignation to the fact that the manifestation of the prophecy is inevitable? Do any of the Limewire developers have anything to say on this please?
