Unhappy I cannot connect and I was charged twice the amount

this is the first time we purchase limewire. I looked at my bank statement and it looks like I was charged at twice the price. I need a representative to call me so that I can get this straightend out.

Worst of all, I cannot get it to work. Please call me at **Forum Rules (click here) **. I need help in walking me through this so that I can get it working.
