Default Billed twice

O.K. i posted this in another forum but I got billed twice as well. I am able to connect but I cant log on to limepro help for somereason. It is telling me that my email address is not a valid email address. I have tried both my email addresses and it tells me the same thing. Can someone please tell me what to do so I can reimbursed. This is getting a little frustrating . I would like to continue to use limewire but not if I cannot get someone to help me with this issue.
