Can you be more specific about the java error? There's potentially lots of them. What I'd suggest is to uninstall your java using the add/remove control panel & reinstall Java, but don't install it over the net! Downld the java installer to your comp, then install it. You might also change LW's compatibility to win 2k if you're using win 2k or later; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire
