Angry bad connection

First of all let me say, though I'm sure it's been said before, I think it's outrageous that unless you have Lime Wire Pro, there is no access to techinical support from the company. I remember when I first signed up, I received several messages from some woman at LimeWire expressing her thanks and delight with my patronage. Apparently their delight and thanks didn't last very long.
Now as to my problem. For the last two or so months I have had several disconnects and rebooting of my computer at different points of the logon and download process. At times I will be typing in a title or artist name or accessing my library when all of a sudden my computer turns off and reboots. The last two or three times it has happened when I've just clicked on the Lime Wire icon on my desktop. Has anyone had this problem and is there a solution? I'm sure I won't hear from the company which again, is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard. Believe me, when my year is up, I will be switching companies and I hope everyone else does the same.
