I've just downloaded 4.9.15 - it would be nice if there was some sort of release note included with the download to say what the difference between (say) 4.9.14 and 4.9.15 was. I see there's an alleged guide on here, but it's now three releases out of date (.12 is the last one on there, with very minimal details anyway, and I've just downloaded .15 after downloading .13 and .14 in quick succession earlier today).

There certainly seemed to be a breakpoint between 4.9.7 and .10 - my poor old memory-lacking G3 Mac iBook (384MB of RAM) sweated blood on 4.9.4 and .7 but .10 and later are MUCH less memory hoggers. I upgraded to 640MB at the same time I went to 4.9.12 and was expecting .12 to eat most of the 640MB but no, it (and subsequent releases) play much more nicely.
