If you press No to downlding a file that comes up with a window asking about the licence & then tick 'Always use that answer' then everytime you get such a file, you won't be able to downld it. The answer is to go to LW's menu Tools>Options>View>Popups & tick Revert to Default & press apply button. This will get it back to how it was before. Both audio & video files may ask about licencing. So hopefully this will sort your problem.
