I just got a new DSL modem. Since I installed it I have not been able to download files. Every file tells me "Need more Resources". I see where people are uploading form me at times but I have not been able to download anything. I uninstalled then reinstalled LW 4.9.23 thinking it would auto configure the settings. Still doesn't work. What can I do?
