When I bought Limewire I chose the Upgrade to pro option and definately paid for it. My billing email has this on it:

Pro Version Upgrade - Movie Codec Pack for a total of 14.95 $ USD

I don't have pro and the website doesn't recognize me as a pro customer. What should I do?
