To fix the cause of the problem, go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Saving & reselect the downld location & press the Apply button.

To fix the result of the problem, go to your LW Library window, select Incomplete folder & press the Explore button. This will open the folder up for you. Then select the file that won't move & cut & paste it into the downld folder (called Shared by default.)
