Default My email address is not recognized as being a registered Pro user

Can someone tell me where to write so that I can get my correct email address recognized as being the email address that I used when I registered my copy of LimWire Pro? I have checked my email receipt and everything that I entered was correct, but I can't logon for help with Pro.

Thanks in advance for any advice I can get.
