1. I have windows Xp home edition
2. I have windows firewall norton security
3. RAM - 512MB
4. I have 130GB of free space
5. I am on broadband through an aerial on our roof
6. Modem - 56 Router - D-Link DWL P100
7. I am trying to connect from home
8. LW - 4.9 and Java - 1.5
9. ISP is a small company (nothing large like BT or AOL but im not sure of their name, sorry)
10. No not sharing connection with others
11. Yes first using LW on this computer, have tried before but it never works, even with older versions of LW

everytime it tries to connect it says there is a firewall blocking but i have unblocked it all as much as i know
