I discovered this problem too since I'm using PRO version... It seems (to me) that "better search results" feature of LW PRO is showing more results than the BASIC but this results (sometimes) are not a availeble anymore...
I browsed a host from the results and not found the file (searched by me) on the host, but that host was appearing in my search results...
At least I can tell you that if the file is appearing in your search results than it should be on the network, but may be the hosts containing it are shuted down (or busy...)
