You have a problem explaining your problem, unless you can make it quite clear what your set up is, what software you are using your are going to have a hard time getting any help because any potential helper has to fill in a lot of blanks.

For example, I guess that you have the following:

Windows XP (You could have 2000, NT, 98 or Millenium)

Norton AntiVirus (Norton makes a range of products, including a firewall, System Works, Ghost (Back-Up manager), etc.

AVG - I believe this is "free" anti-virus app

What is your PC specs, i.e. HD size (including free space), memory, etc.

What version of LW are you using?

I think you get the picture, you have not supplied enough info.

However, saying that, are you using Norton Anti-Virus and AVG at the same time? If so, try switching one off.

Also, (I don't know much about routers but) has your router got a built in firewall? Again, if so, switch the inbuilt firewall off.
