Are you using 4.9.29? and what were you using before? You don't say if you are using Windows or Mac.
It is always a good idea to move an old version to a safe location before installing a new version, but this is not helpful to you this time around!
On Mac I tend to keep a pile of old installers hidden away, and I'm not sure how or if this might work on windows.
Let us know a few more specifics and for instance are you getting NO downloads at all or what? and we should be able to get you up and running one way or another.
I also understand old versions may be available from
www.filedonkey.com, but I would advise you to search the forums for more information on that.
Most reports seem to indicate 4.9.29 is running well, so check first of all if that is what you have.
