Are you sure they weren't simply downlding the hash tree file. It can give the impression people are downlding from you when they're not downlding the actual main file at that time but just the hashtree. Some seem to take longer than others sometimes (perhaps due to file size/bonus id tag info or whatever. ) I was initially confused by that when people down the list in a queue started downlding from me. This person may have selected to downld many of your files simultaneously. Just a thought!
