Oh, woops, bearshare ay... You moved it to right section for me?

Whell. Setting it to T1 or T3 gives me a different Problem. I now can set the download speed to the desired amount but now I can't set the upload speed correctly. It's a mess.

I've downloaded another nice program called 'Bandwith Manager Lite' from Softperfect. It allows me to regulate bandwidth for a specific port. I can now regulate incomming and outgoing speeds perfectly. I think I'll buy it, it's costs $35.00, which I think is a fair price. Now I'm in control!
