It's refered to as BSOD & is due to a hardware issue. It can be due to many things such as incompatible components, outdated drivers, bad ram, etc. Firstly make sure your graphic card drivers are up to date. In fact make sure all your drivers are up to date.

Forum links: 1. Link 1, 2. Link 2, 3. Link 3, 4. Link 4 5. Due to overheating if no BSD!

I googled around. Found this:
"install ALL NEW DRIVERS for hardware. Chipset, video card, etc. And run windows update to get critical stuff.

All I know is that IRQL has to do with the system memory (RAM) and it might be corrupted. Also, it might be running to fast for your comp to hand (this happened to me). If you overclocked, try unclocking."

Among the other suggestions are: 1. Changing your ram sticks.
2. Make sure your fan & heatsink are able to cater for the power & heat produced.
3. Make sure your power supply is sufficient for the entire system.

It could be due to many possible causes. It's something you will need to check thru yourself bit by bit. I can give you a list of links I found, some of which might have some xtra tips to look for.

Hope this is some type of help for you.
