Default email address not recognized - scam?

I realize that many people have already posted on this topic, but I'm not so sure that I purchased LimeWire Pro off of a scam site. If my memory serves me right (which it may not), I purchased it directly off of the LimeWire website. Anyway, my problem is that I now have a new computer (the old one didn't really have enough space for downloading much of anything). I'd like to reinstall LimeWire on it, but like some of the other people in this forum, the email address I used to purchase LimeWire Pro isn't recognized. I have the original email sent to me after I purchased LimeWire Pro.

I purchased LimeWire Pro for $18.88 on 9/24/05. I'm running Windows XP.

The email doesn't contain a direct link to a "personal download page," but it contains the URL www.limewire.com/support to find the link to download LimeWire Pro. Was there ever an option to buy a CD-ROM for $38.50? The top of the email has shipping information for people who purchased the CD-ROM. That's the fishy part about the email.

Thanks!
