Wow! This virus is getting out of hand. You are infected (along with many others) I recommend a hefty dose of penicillin.
In the meantime until you can get to the free clinic, here is some waiting room reading for you:

http://www.grisoft.com has a trial version thats supposed to be good. I thought they had a free version but it looks like they changed it to a 30 day free trial (if I'm wrong I hope someone will set me straight)

avast! 4 Home Edition FREE Download has a free one. There are other ones too, but I'll leave that up to you.
One more thing, all this info is in the forum stickys. Read them, take two asprin, and call tech support in the morning
