Default "Incomplete" folder problem

Okay, this is a bit of a weird problem.

For as long as I've had LimeWire previously, the "Incomplete" folder (where it saves your in-progress downloads) was always in the home directory. One day, it spontaneously changed to just be a folder directly inside Macintosh HD. I *think* it did that after I changed from Limewire 4.9.11 Basic to 4.9.33 Pro, but I'm not sure. It definitely happened during or sometime after I made the switch.

Let me be more specific. The folder didn't move. Instead, a new Incomplete folder was suddenly constructed, and the Library tab only recognizes this folder. Now, LimeWire saved all my previous downloads in the Search tab, so I didn't have too much of a problem. That is, until later I opened it up and suddenly all those downloads were gone. This has occurred a few times before, and I just fixed it by going to the Library tab and resuming all the downloads. Unfortunately, as it doesn't recognize the previous Incomplete folder as a, well, Incomplete folder, I can't do that.

So I tried to replace the new one with the older one. Unfortunately, now all the older incomplete files in the Library tab appear in red, and when I tried to resume them, instead of picking up them partway through, it stated they were all 0% complete.

I had a bunch of large in-progress downloads that I really don't want to go through the hassle of re-downloading them all over again. Anyone know what caused this and how I can fix it?

While I'm at it, is it possible for me to restore the Incomplete folder to the home directory?
