One of two things, you either accidently deleted your limewire exe or you picked up a virus from the network. You might have to uninstall Limewire from your add/remove and do a fresh install and or, scan your entire drive with a virus scanner to see if Limewire got infested. But, if the exe is no longer on your desktop that might mean you deleted it somehow.
