i am trying to follow your instructions to see if this solve my connection problem but i maybe a little stupid because when i follow the directions to the file i do not see it

1 i click on my computer icon

2 i click on c:\ drive icon

3 i click on documents and settings icon

4 i click on my username

in the window that opens it does not display the mentioned file icon

sohave i made a mistake or found the reason for my problems any advice is much appreciated .
