Hey everyone, I am new to this forum for 1 reason and that being that I still cannot connect to LW. I purchased LW pro but I had to nuke my computer because I was missing my boot.ini file , without it no start up

The first time I couldnt download was because of my ISP and I know for a fact that it should be fixed. But when I try downloading ANY kind of music/video file from LW 4.9.37 I always get 'looking for stable connection' 'connecting' 'host is too buisy'
Along those lines of bullshit.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.
