I Am having a problem with my connection, please help me.

When I open Limewire i am connected, i will preform several searches and then it will disconect me. i will reconect and a few seconds later i am disconected again.

I have checked my firewall, run virus scans and checked for spy ware(using ad aware)

What else can i do?
