your on a mac the mac version has equalizers.....the one on my mac works perfectly...but I dont have the 6 12" woofers hooked to the mac and its a mac so obviously it would be easyer to fix then on a PC ide have to reformat my computer to fully fix the itunes which I dont got the time to do
