or even better....
give the user the option of being able to select the current settings with the download of the partial files OFF...
so that it makes every user happy....
this little neat feature could be just a little checkbox on the main screen, instead of including it in the settings window... (but also make it available there...some users go directly there to configure the program..)


This feature would also give the program another nice addition to the userfriendlyness and the feeling that the user is part of the desicionmaking part
