I found I was missing or had an out of date dll file so I googled it & found out a site that offered just that file for downld. I'm fairly certain it was Norton Utilities which told me about it.

As far as InstallShield goes, this might affect programs like Bearshare, kazaa & Java but shouldn't directly affect LW because LW now uses a different type of installer. I asked a similar question however & he refused to give me an answer (despite a few replies) because my issue involved another issue also. I'm sure he won't be as stuck up for you though.
