Thanks, Only a Hobo - I appreciate any help I can get here. I purchased Pro on 12/6/05 and paid $18.88. I have the email receipt, which also includes a link for me to download Pro. I don't recall a 2nd email. I "think" I downloaded it okay, but if you read my 2nd longer post from tonight, and if the issues I raise there seem to you bizarre or unfamiliar, then perhaps I don't have the program I'm supposed to have. But I think I do. Meanwhile, I see NO link to Pro Support that opens an email template for me to write my question. It is as I described it: a closed loop that just sends me to a sales page every tiime I hit the GET SUPPORT button. I've tried every support link I see there: CLICK HERE IF YOU NEED HELP WITH PRO, etc., and they all take me to that page that says: ENTER THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED WHEN YOU BOUGHT PRO, then hit GET SUPPORT. Then it starts all over again... Any suggestions?
