Well I couldn't figure it out so I decided to delete them To the recycle bin
. But they didn't go to the windows bin they went to the error bin in the avast log viewer.
So I scanned my pc again and it didn't show any files it couldn't scan and my pc is running fine. Still don't know what they were, thought maybe they were bits of programs that I had deleted from my pc. They can be restored if it screws up the computer
