The problem may be your modem/router then. Please answer that question I asked in my previous post. The device will be connected to your computer so just follow all the connections leading off the back of your computer. The brand & model will be listed at the top of side or bottom of the device.
Also recheck your Norton settings to be sure they're correct.
If you can't reach that page in the test I gave, then it means the port LW tries to connect thru by default is being blocked. |
