I'm on a LAN, and I connect to the internet through a HTTP proxy 10.0.10.3 port 8080 (these are my browser settings)

I configure LW for these settings but I can never connect. Ideas, please? I'm at the end of my wits

I'm running Win XP, and the latest versions of pretty much everything
