Payment problem for getting Pro Have just tried to upgrade to Pro - used my internet Visa to make payment and was told payment rejected. Used a second card to make payment -this was also rejected. Contacted bank to find out why and was told both payments have been debited. So have made two payments and no upgrade details have been sent to my email. Tried all other methods to get a message to administration with no success. so if the moderators could get someone to contact me it would be much appreciated. |
