€46.55 seem quite high, especially when it should not cost more than €20.00 ($18.00 or £12.00). It looks like you got your copy of LW from a scam site, i.e. a web site specialising in parting the naive from their money.

If this is the case it is not suprising that your email address is unknown, the scam site will have nothing more to do with you, they already have your money, and you have never dealt with the Limewire Org.

Go to this URL (the official LW site) and download LW Basic for now:

In the meantime, contact your credit card company or bank and try to get your money back.
