I used to use Limewire just fine.
Recently, there was an issue with the computer that really pissed me off, so I formatted it, reinstalled Windows, and installed drivers. Everything works fine, with the exception of Limewire.
When I run Limewire, the resolution seems to change from my native 1680x1050 to something much finer, probably 1920x
[equivalent number]. When I attempt to close or switch out the the application, my computer freezes and my screen becomes scrambled (see image below).
I think it's probably my video card, but then again, I don't, because nothing else, including high-end games such as F.E.A.R. or Counter-Strike: Source seem to not have errors after hours of gameplay.
I also tried reinstalling after deleting all Limewire-related regkeys and folders left behind, even after uninstall.
