Ok, I just got off the phone with Optimum Online,
they told me that this is a service problem and they are looking into fixing it. The Tech guy logged onto my computer and did some things with Limewire and took down information.
He said, once this issue is resolved we will be able to log back onto Limewire and start downloading again. How true do you think this is guys and should I call them again to see if I get a different answer? Thanks!
