Make sure your firewall's set up so that LW can work properly. Don't use 2 firewalls together. If your router uses UPnP, you'll have to turn it on in the router & also in LW (tools > options> advanced > firewall config > tick use UPnP & apply). All this info is in the thread

Do the port test & see what result you get. Read through the info about routers & port forwarding, too. Also, make sure your ISP hasn't started to block p2p!
