I have a feeling you may not be able to share the album art .. I would not worry about it as most people, on the forums at any rate, seem to prefer not to have it.
The files you need to use to make CDs are to be found in your save folder, unless you have moved them. ... If I have read that part of your question correctly. See also this useful thread:-

wma or mp3 is up to you ... there are some who prefer wma, but the usual format is mp3, You may please wma fans by sharing wma... or you could try sharing them and if you get many uploads fine ..if not a switch to mp3 might be thew best idea. Personally I avoid wma files unless I can not find the piece anywhere on mp3. Also this might interest you:-
