FrostWire's setting up is identical to LimeWire! So either way, you need to set up your firewall properly or else, you'll miss out on improved results in searching (& thus downlds), & won't be able to share very well. And definitely wouldn't be able to direct connect if your firewall/modem/router is not configured properly for LW.
