Trying to update from v0.9.8 to 0.9.9.

I uninstalled v0.9.8, deleted the program folder, emptied Windows Temp files, downloaded v0.9.9 and installed.

Upon running the program I immediately received a message stating "a newer version is available." Checking shows that I still have v0.9.8.

I've tried uninstalling/re-installing 3 times with the same result.

Twice the download has been from the Gnotella site and once from elsewhere.

I'm probably overlooking something ridiculously obvious, but it's got me stumped.

Any suggestions?
