If your Pro is (was) more than 6 months old, then I'm pretty sure that LW support won't recognise your email address.
Didn't you make a backup of your Pro installer?
Have you checked to make sure there's not still an old installer on your computer somewhere?

If you didn't renew your Pro, then the onus is on you to make sure that you keep a copy of the old one

If you haven't kept any installers then you'll have to buy it again, if you want to use Pro.
