Unfortunately you are mistaken here a lot of files in the 100s of MB range contain viruses. About 50% of the key gens contain in software files contain viruses. And a lot of the files themselves have had viruses added to them. Many of these files can not be scanned until they are unpacked and by that time in a lot of cases it is to late.
