sorry to bother you but you seem very knowledgeable with limewire...we have 4 users on my computer (myself and 3 kids0 they aren't having trouble with limewire as far as downloading however, i am. when i open limewire, the colors and resolutions change and it won't allow me to download but everyone can upload from me...i've tried everything i know(limited) but it isn't helping...can you spare time to help me ppplllleeeeaaassee. i had basic for a long time with no problems and then one day it became an issue so i upgraded to pro but sstill no luck...hopefully, i've given you enough info for help..let me know if you need any other info--nicole
