The error message is due to the LW download preferences becoming lost or corrupt. This usually happens as described in the link I have above. Such as LW not being fully closed when your computer is shut down or the computer crashes whilst LW is open. Windows is particularly sensitive about this. Try to ensure LW is closed & fully closed before shutting down computer. Even use Task Manager if necessary to check it's disappeared from the list.

The error message is to say something is wrong with the download preferences in that it no longer recognises the incomplete files. But you can still use them again, but just from zero%.
