Hi. I am no expert in this stuff, but maybe you try this. Go to the File option (located in the upper left corner) and click it . In the options menu that opens click CONNECT, maybe that will improve your connection. It's worked for me before. Well that helps if it doesn't... good luck. No soy experta en esto, pero intenta abrir el FILE (ubicado en la esquina superior izquierda) cuando abras ese menu dale a la opcion de Connect. Eso tal vez pueda ayudarte. Suerte,
