I did not reply to Aubreywak post because I thought it was just too much hard work trying to understand what the crux of the problem was. Posters should remember that when writing out their problems it has to be in plain, understandable English. Not text, not pidgin or any other form of colloquial or locally spoken English but plain, simple English as taught in all primary schools of all English speaking countries.

I can forgive people when English is not their first language but there can be no excuse for an English speaker to write so badly.
