2 GUI modes : Fancy and Barebone

Fancy mode for those who have CPU time to burn . (like it looks now)

Barebone for those who can live without the fancy looks .

The barebone GUI would look like ...
Well , open up Windows Explorer or the "system" or "hardware" tab .
The main purpose for the barebone GUI is not to let users change LimeWire's looks but to be very CPU effecient and very responsive because the current GUI burns too much CPU time .

Not everyone has the money to buy the latest CPU's .
